I have had £120 of leads from march canceled upto yet and have already paid some members so i have lost money because of this.
mikeLast replied to at April 30, 2010, 5:26 pm

Fortunately, we got lucky. Payments were going to be made within an hour of when that email got sent so we have temporarily delayed them.

I am going to personally ring members that have valid phone numbers to let them know whats going on.

We've probably got £3-400 of SFB leads over the 2 months
DannyELast replied to at April 30, 2010, 5:58 pm

Ive already sent out all payments so I just hope they don't all get reversed.

As thats over £300+ just for march
darrenLast replied to at April 30, 2010, 6:37 pm

mmm what do i say well i find it all beyond a joke

first we have matts friend rip us off
who is global net which is linked to cashinco think his name was david

if you are the same person david i hope his night club is going to plan

which we still have no info from matt how to contact this person

now the reversal on these im not even gone speak about

i will see how many get reversed first

BenLast replied to at April 30, 2010, 8:42 pm

To be honest I think they're just a scam campaign. I had £84 taken from my last payment (140 leads I think it was) because of this, and apparently they claimed every lead was invalid. Havnt promoted them since, but good luck to you all getting your payments! lol
WillLast replied to at April 30, 2010, 9:24 pm

Hence why I quit the Cashback Scene, it has too much scamming and "cancelling" going on
DannyELast replied to at May 1, 2010, 12:45 am

Its more hassle than its worth TBH.

And how longs it going to take to check through all the leads to see whats fraud and whats genuine sign ups.

As from march i have over £300+ leads generated for SFB. So thats over 600 to check through, and im sure there are plenty of other people with a similar amount.
BenLast replied to at May 1, 2010, 9:55 am

In the advertiser account it clearly states "You have 5 days to cancel transactions" but dan was trying to tell me last month when I complained about my 140 cancelled leads that they were allowed to cancel them 5 days after the end of the month.

Basically just face it, your going to get all of your leads cancelled, and thats why you dont promote superfreebingo, because they work closely with cashillion and to be honest, every month they will get cancelled.
WillLast replied to at May 1, 2010, 10:02 am

"Yay" for networks!
Amy Last replied to at May 1, 2010, 5:55 pm

Ben is right; you do only have 5 days, so if they cba to sort through them and keep regular checks then its tough ...

Its funny how after like 16 months? They only start making a huge issue over it, its on an incentives network; its going to be on cashbacks, people are going to create emails and sign up, its their job to cancel what they dont want within the limit.

Fingers crossed i wont have too many SFB's done this month, as we havent earnt huge amounts and would like the bit of money we have earnt - which can be put in for more advertising/pay members and buy new features for piratescashback.

BTW; Matt if you read this - can you sort out our admin panel soon, if any leads do get cancelled, we will need to remove the leads from balances.

Thanks

Hi All,

Firstly thanks for everyone been so patient about this. Its good to see some calmness for a change.

Heres the bad bit..

We're currently disputing around 5300 leads. I have supplied the Super Free Bingo file to a few affiliates and as they can see its very bad. There are hundreds and hundreds of duplicate IPS, email address such as shitface@yourmom.com and allsorts. There has been some serious abuse on this campaign and it has caused us a big problem. We're working really hard to make this as simple as possible and your cooperation is appreciated. I totally understand how people feel about leads been cancelled. So far LiveCashback has lost £210 on Super Free Bingo from April and we have already paid our members.

We wont be bring this campaign for now and if we do it may be on a No Incentives basis.

Thanks again.

Daniel Dalley

Hi,
Well i guess thanks to SFB i've lost like £40 this month, earnt an amazing £20.
Complete joke to be fair.. Everyone else has 5 days to cancel offers and they build up 5000+ leads before stoping it. They should be made to pay!
Oh well i suppose, wont be using SFB on any site ever again.
I hope they crumble when they realise how fed up people are of their campaign.

DannyELast replied to at May 2, 2010, 12:48 am

Im annoyed at the fact that its being going on for so long and leads from march can still get reversed.

Thats £300+ from march gone and around £100+ from april. And ive paid out all withdrawals.

I just dont think its fair how a month later you can still reverse transactions when they are due to be paid a few days later.
JohnLast replied to at May 2, 2010, 1:33 am

Yeah, they could have atleast reversed the invalid ones every week instead of letting them all just pile up and then just reversing them all a few weeks/months later.. Gonna make some site owners in abit of debt and every site owners busy reversing / debiting accounts :/
Terrible I guess?
darrenLast replied to at May 2, 2010, 1:34 am

this is a joke guys wait to you see the list sorry but us as owners have to take actions against these users either ban them, from what i see is about 15 to 20 major people abusing this its crazy
i hope as site onwers when the report comes in that you put a stop to it

otherwise more offers will vanish
JoeyLast replied to at May 2, 2010, 3:13 am

Most cashback sites, outside your-brand work on the basis that users are credited when the cashback site receives payment from the affiliate network. Although most your-brand sites like myself confirm before payment, it should be expected that on occasions this may happen.

Maybe this suggests in future, you only confirm what you are paid for, as this avoids transactions being debited and removed from users accounts.

Users are to blame also, but offers like super free bingo were encouraged daily although it's clear the superfreebingo site does want a geuine email and member to use the site. At the end of the day why should that site waste money on people that clearly abuse the offer.
darrenLast replied to at May 2, 2010, 11:26 am

i agree with joey the trouble is your brand sites wait until they get paid then no one would join no one trusts yourbrand owners apart from joey
im not saying this from an owners point of view but from a clicker

some people just use a similar version of there email like darren1@yahoo.com
darren2@yahoo.om and so on and on

but the abuse is from around 15 to 20 ips as well which is static ip and never changes

i guess what you should do is if you have an offer is not allow members sign up daily
