1. All payments that come in from networks or advertisers, 18% of this money should be paid to WOW Media UK Ltd.
   2. As soon as you are paid by an affiliate network, 18% of this payment should be sent to WOW Media UK Ltd within 31 days. If this is not done your site may be suspended until payment and a fine of £20.00 imposed.
   3. You must keep the footer text saying Powered by Your Brand with a hyperlink to the Your Brand site at all times, unless you pay for it to be removed. Failure to do so will result in your site being suspended and an administrative fee of £7.97 imposed to reactivate your site.
   4. WOW Media UK Ltd has no involvement with the running of the website you must make this clear to anyone that thinks we may have involement with the running of the website.
   5. You are solely responsible for the content on your site not Your-Brand or  WOW Media UK Ltd. and you agree to take full responsibility for this.
   6. You and only you are responsible for paying your members not Your-Brand or WOW Media UK Ltd.
   7. If asked directly to run a Trienta Affiliates offer that pays a competitive amount you should run this campaign.
   8. If you are given access to storage on our server you must not go over 150MB of storage space neither should you host another website within this space.
   9. We have the right to suspend your site at any time. Notice will be given if this is going to happen.
  10. Promoting another cashback site you own on your Your Brand website is prohibited unless it is either (a) another Your Brand site (b) we have given you written permission.
  11. You may not setup a Your Brand site for a domain name and then later point this domain name to another website.
  12. We require logins to all your affiliate network accounts these logins can be sub accounts that just give us access to just see statistics.
  13. You can have a copy of your member bases emails at any time but there is an admin fee every time you request a copy. You must also be registered under the data protection act to receive it.
  14. If you wish to sell your cashback site to a third party you must pay the admin fee of £4.97 for the transfer of ownership.
  15. You are not allowed to join another white label cashback provider during your time with Your-Brand unless you have received written permission. Failure to comply will result in a £300.00 fine.
  16. You are not allowed to join another white label cashback provider for a period of three months after leaving Your-Brand unless you have paid the £300.00 severance payment and received written confirmation.
  17. Adult Content - We do not accept any Adult sites, this is sites with bad language, pornographic imagery or any other similar type. We will NOT accept any sites with this type of content.
  18. No Guarantee - Your-Brand makes no warranties, guarantees, or representations regards the revenue or profit a agent can make from Your-Brand.
  19. Applicable Law - Arbitration The above terms and conditions of business constitutes the entire understanding of both parties hereto with respect to its subject matter and supersedes any and all previous contracts and covenants between both parties whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter.
  20. There must also be no illegal content on your Your-Brand site other wise your site will be terminated.
  21. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
